Within the Construction Skills (CITB) Site Safety Plus range of courses is the Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme, (SSSTS). This range of courses are regarded as being the highest standard of qualification within the construction industry and highly thought of.Training is targeted at site supervisors with a view to arming them with the latest up to date regulations and facts needed to manage effectively with their health and safety responsibilities using the safest working practices and approach. Training is undertaken over two days.
SSSTS TrainingCandidates will establish a sound understanding of their legal responsibilities, health and safety issues and the wider welfare and environmental issues in relation to their role. The significance of promoting health and safety at work in order to oversee sites efficiently will be impressed upon candidates. SSSTS training is designed for individuals who are currently employed as a supervisor or will be taking on supervisory responsibilities inside their role.
