I will never forget the first date I had with my husband. We had known each other for quite some time, but had never officially gone out. He told me we were going to a fancy restaurant. But because we were both in college, I thought that meant it wouldn’t be fast food. He made me wear a blindfold while we drove there. When he took it off, I was amazed! I won’t tell you how much the meal cost, but I will say that it involved live music, scented candles, and blackberry wine. Even after 10 years of marriage, that day is still fresh on my mind.
