Over the years I have had this discussion with my friend about how much I take being on time seriously. He has always teased me about this, but has come around a lot in the past year or so. He started coming around when he had a family of his own and job that required him to know the importance of being punctual. Now every aspect of his life is getting in order. He is starting to see the massive benefits of being on time. I love it not only because he is on time, but he is my good friend and I care what others think of him.
